The VI Region farms add up to 518 acres and are located very close to Rancagua, in the municipality of Codegua.

All of them are located to the East of the Panamericana Highway.  For their closeness to the mountains they have a good supply of water.

The soils are in general deep with textures that go from clay loam to sandy loam. Suitable for fruit tree growing.

The climate is Mediterranean with temperatures that reach 35º C in the summer and up to -3ºC in Winter. Rains are about 400 mm per year.
